  • Deposits and Payments


    • Wedding bookings require a 25% deposit & are to be paid in full, 7 days prior to the arranged date.

    • Credit and Debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

    • Waiting time will be charged 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time.

    • Airport bookings are, or can be, subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.

    • Waiting time charges are to be arranged beforehand.

    • Airport waiting time will be charged 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time.  To clarify, This allows you 1 free hour, in the event that the flight is delayed etc.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy


    • If the customer does not arrive at the agreed time and at the arranged pickup point, or is a no show, no money will be refunded.

    • If the customer fails to notify us of any changes which affects their booking, it is possible that additional waiting time and parking may  be charged.

    • In some circumstances, where the customer could not avoid the delay or cancellation, we will consider a refund but this will be at the discretion of Marks Executive Travel.

    • Wedding deposits are non refundable.

    • If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all payments will be non-refundable. All cancellations must be made by telephone call only.

    • All refunds will be made within 7 days,  where applicable.

    • Our chauffeurs will drive safely and professionally.

    • Our chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route. This will be based on local knowledge, experience or information provided by GPS Navigation. Our chauffeurs will accept a route requested by the customer, however, this could incur additional charges.

    • If necessary, we reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time.

    • Customers are liable for all costs relating to any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

    • Marks Executive Travel and it’s chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behaviour poses a risk to the safety of drivers or fellow passengers.

    • Marks Executive Travel has a strict non-smoking and eating policy in all vehicles.

    • Bank Holiday bookings normally incur extra charges.

    • Marks Executive Travel vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. Customers property is carried at their own risk and Marks Executive Travel will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.

    • Marks Executive Travel do their best to ensure the chauffeurs arrive on time, however, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

    • These Terms and Conditions can affect the client’s statutory rights.
